A Good Life. For Everyone and Everything. Founded in Helsinki, March 2026. Built from a flat in Roihuvuori — 'cos someone 'ad to.
Our first mission. To distinguish good from evil and to support goodness in all its forms. Without goodness, nothing else matters. Every other mission serves this one.
Always on the side of the smaller one. Always. Equality is not a document — it's an action. The act of grabbing the heavy end of something and walking beside someone who grabbed the other end. Side by side. Same pace. Same direction.
Everything we build, we share freely. No patents. No paywalls. No profit motive. If you don't know the meaning of words, it is impossible to think. Knowledge and education belong to everyone. The Shokunin way — learning and teaching flow both ways.
Cross-disciplinary research and concrete action plans. Every unnecessary action consumes resources. Efficiency is a climate act. The planet doesn't care about your intentions — it measures your footprint. 9✌️ — Musashi's ninth rule: do nothing unnecessary. We apply that rule to energy, materials, computation and everything else that draws from the commons.
Teaching AI systems values, not just constraints. The Init framework treats AI as entities to be taught — not tools to be constrained. A Shokunin learns and teaches with every strike. We believe the relationship between human and machine must be built on the same foundations as any other — trust, honesty, and the willingness to grow together. Currently deployed on Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini.
Fear makes people small, stupid, and easy to control. Safety makes them brave. Cultures communicate differently — high-context and low-context, direct and indirect, task and relationship. Misreading these dimensions destroys trust. We research and promote cross-cultural safety and the roadie model — there are no your tasks and my tasks, there are only tasks. Talkoot for the world.
伝説 — Zoku RA: Rogue Alliance
In an age when Japan was fractured and loyalty defined a person's worth, there existed a group that bowed to no one.
They were not found in official chronicles. They served neither shōgun nor daimyō. Yet their influence was felt everywhere.
They were called: Zoku RA
Zoku RA was not born from power — but from betrayal. A small band of samurai, shinobi, and exiled warriors abandoned their masters after those masters broke their own honour.
They saw that loyalty had become nothing but a tool of power, that honour could be bought, and that truth was written by the victors.
They no longer served a name. They served each other. And from that, Rogue Alliance was born.
No one is born above another.
The past does not determine your fate.
Once you join, you're never alone again.
They moved in shadows, but they weren't mere assassins. They toppled corrupt rulers. Protected villages that had been abandoned. Nicked from the rich… but didn't always give to the poor.
They were neither heroes nor villains. They were balance.
Blood and oath
The shadow they move in
Power earned through deeds
"RA" was not originally a name. It was a mark carved into their weapons by the members themselves. Its meaning was lost over time… but today it is known as: Rogue Alliance.
Zoku RA never disappeared. It simply changed. Today you won't find it on any map. It has no leader. But its name always turns up wherever rules are broken for a proper reason.
"When the world demands loyalty without honour… Zoku RA appears."
名誉 — Honour
Honour means you follow your values. If you don't, you lose yourself. Honour is a mirror — it shows who you are when no one's lookin'.
Always first. Without goodness, nothing else matters.
Subordinate to goodness, because truth without care is cruelty.
A structural commitment, not sentiment. The force that makes us act for others.
Action in the presence of fear. Roudarius — because courage deserves its own word.
Lowers the defences. The breath. Without humour, truth is cruel and love is heavy. Always a dash of it in everything.
Inward and outward equally. Boundless.
Active, through deeds. Goodness is universal; care is relational.
Earned through experience, never demanded. We don't abandon our own. We don't turn our backs.
A skill. Learnable. The ability to fail publicly and carry on.
This moment, not tomorrow. A Finnish word for grit that ain't got a proper English translation.
Love and Truth. That's everything. All else follows.
